The freshest local seasonal produce is used to create our menus.
The meat is either rare-breed organic or free-range and is sourced from local smallholders.
Vegetables, salad leaves and herbs are organic and mainly home grown. Additional supplies of vegetables and fruit are bought from Clovelly Court nearby where they are grown organically in a traditional Victorian walled kitchen garden.
Cheeses are west country farmhouse varieties.
All the dishes are home cooked.
